Delivery Information

Delivery Times
We offer next business day delivery on all orders received to ourselves by 5pm
Orders received on Friday will be delivered Monday and any order received Saturday
and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.
Our delivery times are 9am- 5.30pm
Delivery Addresses
We deliver to all UK Mainland addresses, Northern Ireland and The Isle of Wight,
a signature is required so please ensure someone is available on receipt of goods
to sign for them.
All goods will be delivered to the address and location on the order, unfortunately
furniture will only be delivered to the ground floor only
Deliveries will only be made with a valid post code.
We unfortunately do not deliver to the following locations:
Scottish Islands
Channel Islands
Isles of Scilly
Isle of Man
PO Box Addresses
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for all orders over £50 excluding VAT,
for all orders under £50 excluding VAT we charge £6.95 carriage
Missing Items
Please check your despatch note to see if the item is showing "to follow" if it
shown as delivered please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve swiftly.
Damaged/Faulty Items
Unfortunately you may receive an item that is damaged or faulty, if this happens please contact us
immediately so we can arrange a collection and replacement.
Backorder Items
Any item that unavailable for delivery will be placed on backorder automatically and an e-mail sent
to you advising of an estimated due date.
If you wish to cancel the backorder completely or swap for an alternative product please contact us
so we can arrange this for you.
